CEO/ Founder
Perpetual is not only an excetional Leader, but also a talented creative who is an environmental activist. She has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning and Mangament, and a Certificate in both Monitoring and Evaluation as well as Human Centered Design Thinking.
She also serves as the Programs and Network Director for now.
